3. Withdrawal Policy


3.1 A user is allowed to make only one (1) withdrawal at a time across both platforms — Next Step for Future and Gift Law.

3.2 You cannot place a withdrawal request simultaneously on both websites.

3.3 If you initiate a withdrawal on Next Step for Future, you must wait until that withdrawal is fully processed before submitting another request on Gift Law, and vice versa.

3.4 Violation of this rule (for example, submitting withdrawals on both platforms at the same time) will result in:


Immediate deactivation of your accounts on both platforms, and


A fine of $300 USD to reinstate your accounts.


4. Transaction Rules


4.1 All withdrawals and deposits must comply with our internal verification and security procedures.

4.2 Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and transaction volume.

4.3 Any suspicious or irregular transaction activity may result in account review, suspension, or permanent ban.


5. Limitations of Liability


5.1 The Platforms are not liable for any losses arising from delays, technical issues, or unauthorized account access.

5.2 Users agree to use the Platforms at their own risk and responsibility.


6. Dispute Resolution


6.1 Any disputes or concerns should first be reported to our support team for resolution.

6.2 In unresolved cases, the dispute shall be governed under applicable business and cyber regulations.
